RAISING YOUR GRANDCHILDREN

Sometimes grandparents are having to raise their grandchildren, which is something that is becoming more and more common.  Whatever the reason, grandparents are being put into the situation where they either have to help their kids with the grandchildren, or raise them on their own.  This can be a very stressful time, both emotionally and financially.  There are many support groups that can help, as well as some government agencies that might be able to help as well.

Blake having experienced some of these situations himself, he found the above resources were quite helpful.  Should you find yourself in this situation, contact the local Children's Aid Society, or any of the local government agencies.  They may be able to help both emotionally as well as financially.
